Terms & Conditions

Shipping Time
Your cookies will be dispatched within 4-5 business days of placing your order. For regular post, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. If you choose express post, your parcel will arrive within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
For custom or high-volume orders, the dispatch time may take slightly longer than 5 business days, but don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated once your order is received.
And for our interstate friends, we’ve got you covered too! For QLD, NT, and WA, please allow 5-7 business days for regular post and 2-3 business days for express post.
International orders? Unfortunately, you’ll have to plan a holiday to experience our treats in person!

Shipping and Care
We ensure your cookies are packaged with care: heat-sealed for freshness and bubble-wrapped to prevent any damages during transit. Once your order is shipped, we cannot be held responsible for any damage during delivery. If your cookies do arrive damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note, we do not offer refunds for damaged cookies but can send a replacement.

Delivery Date
When selecting a preferred delivery date, we will ship your order a few days prior to the chosen date. If any delays occur after dispatch, we are not responsible for the delay as it is dependent on the courier. Please note, we do not offer refunds for delayed parcels as the delivery time is an estimate. To avoid disappointment, we recommend selecting a delivery date at least one week in advance.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. Once dispatched, we cannot alter the delivery address. If shipping to a business address, make sure to include the business name. We do not ship to PO boxes, so please ensure a valid street address is provided.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted. Refunds are offered in the form of store credit only—cash refunds are not available. Please ensure that all details are correct before finalizing your order, as materials and time have already been allocated to prepare your order.

 

Store Credit Refund
We’re confident you’ll love our cookies, but if you’re not satisfied, please reach out to us at love@crumbaroo.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Please note, we do not offer cash refunds—store credit is provided for returns and issues.

Damages
While we carefully pack all of our cookies to ensure they reach you safely, Crumbaroo Bakery is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. We recommend ordering extra cookies just in case! Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for items damaged during delivery.

Variations Disclaimer
As our cookies are handmade, slight variations in shape, color, and appearance may occur. These variations are a natural part of the artisanal process and we take great care to ensure that every cookie is crafted with attention to detail. We appreciate your understanding as each treat is uniquely made.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are a collaborative process, and the final outcome may differ slightly from your initial specifications. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to the potential variations in the design. We strive to create beautiful cookies that align with your vision, but as with all handmade items, slight differences in the final product are expected.

Custom orders are final, and we do not offer refunds due to the time and materials invested in creating your personalized cookies.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy carefully:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery and in unopened, untouched condition. All cookies must remain heat-sealed and wrapped.

  • Returns are only applicable to pre-designed cookies available on our website; custom orders are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
