  • What ingredients do you use?
    Our standard ingredients include: plain flour, salt, baking powder, butter, sugar, vanilla essence, eggs, pure icing sugar, water, egg white powder, and royal icing. For our vegan cookies, we use vegan butter, sugar, unsweetened almond milk, cornstarch, vanilla extract, almond extract, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gluten-free cookies are made with gluten-free flour. Fondant cookies contain fondant as a key ingredient. Some of our flavored cookies, like the double choc chunky cookies, may include additional ingredients.   • Can I choose my flavour?
    Unfortunately, we don't offer custom boxes or flavor swaps at the moment. Each box is thoughtfully curated to provide the perfect tasting experience, and we currently offer only the flavors listed on the product page.
  • I have a nut allergy—are your cookies still fair game?
    We bake all our delicious cookies in an open kitchen where wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts hang out together. While we try our hardest to keep things separate, we can’t promise there won’t be a little mix-up. If your nut allergy is serious business, we highly recommend having a chat with your doctor before indulging in our sweet treats!
  • How long do these cookies stay fresh ?
    About two weeks—because they're made with love and zero preservatives! If you think it’ll take you longer than that to devour them (no judgment), pop them in the freezer when they arrive. That way, they'll stay delicious for up to a month! 🥶🍪
  • How can I store my cookies?
    Store them at room temperature in a cool, dark spot. Check the package for the best before date and find the cookie care tips inside the box to keep them in top shape! Our cookies adore their heat-sealed bags and will stay fresh and fabulous for up to 12 weeks inside them! Once you crack them open, though, they’re best enjoyed within 24–72 hours for maximum yumminess.
  • My order is delayed. What should I do?
    If your order is delayed but still within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout, please allow additional time for the carrier to deliver it. However, if your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please reach out to us at orders@crumbaroo.com and our team will assist you promptly.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, just send an email with your order number to orders@crumbaroo.com , and we'll process your cancellation request right away.
  • Can I update my shipping address?
    If your order hasn't been shipped yet, simply send us the new address at orders@crumbaroo.com, and we’ll make the necessary change for you.
  • What is your return, exchange, or refund policy?
    Since we focus on providing the highest quality, fresh products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds due to the perishable nature of our items.
